Cobbossee will acquire a few platform companies and will spend the majority of its time in hands-on management positions. Our prospective roles are consistent with our view of ourselves as “farmers” rather than “hunters.” Our passion is developing a business to its full potential. Nonetheless, we are fully aware of how critical buying the right business at the right price is to creating outstanding total shareholder returns. We employ a systematic approach to make sound investments that encompasses 3 phases:
