Hands-on Management

Cobbossee will assume a hands-on management role in the company.  Ted Baldwin will be on site and run the business day in, day out.  Jeff Simoneau will chair the Board of Directors (BOD) and will be actively involved in directing the daily activity of the business, as Ted Baldwin will report to Jeff Simoneau.  Michael Walsh will be responsible for managing the daily legal affairs of the business.  All 3 Cobbossee principals will be members of the company’s BOD.  In our roles, our actions will be consistent with our management philosophy, core values and personal qualities.
