We design our organization to be able to respond quickly.  Organizational hierarchy is minimized, and individual responsibilities are clearly delineated.  Power is delegated to employees close to the customer.  Decisions are based on facts so the ideas with the most merit are more likely embraced.  This democratizes the decision-making process and creates the possibility for an employee to influence our initiatives and tactics.
