Edwin S. Baldwin, Jr. (Ted)
Ted has 16 years of operating experience at FMC Technologies, Inc., where he held senior positions in Business Development, Marketing, and Research & Development. He was a member of the senior management team for a $335M industrial equipment business; a general manager of smaller, lower middle market business unit; and a leader in the acquisition and integration of five companies with an aggregate transaction value of $250M. He broadened his extensive international experiences with an expatriate assignment in Sweden.
Previous to FMC Technologies, Ted worked in venture capital at Marquette Management Partners in Deerfield, IL and Leveraged Buyout Lending at Bankers Trust Company in New York, NY.
Ted has a B.A. in Economics, Cum Laude, from Vanderbilt University in 1983 and a Masters of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1988.
