Michael S. Walsh
Michael has practiced law for 30 years concentrating in information technology, intellectual property, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He has provided commercial transaction expertise to many Fortune 500, middle sector and small companies.
Michael’s prior experience includes 17 years as a partner at Jenner & Block LLP in Chicago, as well as approximately 10 years as a partner and associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago.
Michael graduated with an A.B. in Physics from Colgate University in 1973. He received his M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University’s Johnson School in 1975 and obtained a J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 1978.
